Mail Service Agreement

22. Any written notice to the Renter that is required or permitted herein shall be deemed to be twenty-four (24) hours after such notice is sent to the Renter`s email address or to the Renter`s USABOX online account. 8. Rents that apply to the extension of the mailbox rental are due and payable on the 1st day of the month and become overdue if they are not received by USABOX before the 15th day of the month. The Renter acknowledges and accepts that USABOX may withhold mail and/or packages until payment has been made. Delivery of mail to the tenant`s mailbox after this date will resume upon receipt of all amounts due plus a late fee of $30.00. One-month arrears are subject to immediate termination of the service, and USABOX reserves the right to charge the deposit for one month to cover late rent. 7. The minimum rental period of the mailbox is at least one (1) month. Mailbox`s minimum rental period also applies if the tenant wishes to downgrade their mailbox rental plan, so the tenant must be registered in their then-current mailbox rental plan for at least three (3) months before they can upgrade to another lower-paying mailbox rental plan. Mailbox rental and forwarding fees are subject to change without notice. All rents must be paid in advance, with a deposit of one month`s rent.

There are no actions or refunds for the cancellation of a service. However, the first month of the service is subject to the prorated fees determined by USABOX if the rental begins at a time other than the 1st day of the month. We looked at this customer`s NSA mail volume, pricing, and payment system from [edited]. The sender complied with all the contractual provisions we reviewed, including the postal type, payment system and volume obligations. In addition, the Postal Service provided adequate oversight of the NSA, which included quarterly activity review meetings with the shipper to discuss the performance, volume, and expectations of the contract. The postal service offers commercial shippers several ways to print postage and submit shipping and payment information. This NSA specifies that the customer uses either a PC shipping service provider to print postal service shipping labels or the postal service`s proprietary electronic verification system (eVS) through a third-party provider. 16. The Renter agrees that USABOX may terminate or terminate this Agreement for cause at any time by notifying the Renter for thirty (30) days in writing, by e-mail or by any other electronic means, provided however that USABOX has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately for the reasons (b), (c) and/or (e) set forth below.

Just cause includes, but is not limited to: (a) the tenant leaves the mailbox; (b) the Renter uses the Mailbox for any illegal, illegitimate or fraudulent purpose; (c) the Renter does not pay the sums due to USABOX on the due date; (d) the Tenant receives an unreasonable amount of lump sums; (e) the Renter behaves in an offensive, abusive or disruptive manner towards other customers or employees of USABOX; (f) the Renter violates any provision of this Agreement. The Renter acknowledges that for the purpose of establishing a good reason for the termination of this Agreement, as provided herein, the actions of a person authorized by the Renter to use the Mailbox are attributed to the Renter. A shipper who wishes to enter an NSA with the USPS must submit a written proposal with supporting documentation to the USPS Pricing Strategy Manager (see address 608.8.0). The proposal shall include the reasons for the application for authorisation to apply for an NSA and a summary of the information meeting the applicable candidate characteristics and the general requirements described in point 1.2. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed prior to any substantive discussion of the proposal. 17. In the event of termination of this Agreement for any reason, USABOX will retain and forward all of the Renter`s mail for a period not exceeding 30 days after the closure of the PO Box, provided that the Renter pays the shipping costs, packaging materials and shipping costs in advance. Subsequently, if the tenant requires additional rerouting of mail or packages, the tenant agrees to pay additional fees for this service. All fees associated with this mail transfer will be charged at the same mail forwarding rates listed in the expedited plan. If the necessary arrangements and payments are not made in advance to reroute the mail or packages after the expiration, cancellation or termination of this contract or after the expiration of a pre-agreed shipping time, the tenant`s mail and packages may be rejected and / or returned to the sender. USABOX may dispose of or destroy postal items or packages that have been delivered to USABOX or that remain with USABOX for more than thirty (30) days after the closure of the mailbox or the expiration of an agreed shipping contract; or, in the case of mail or packages that require a signature from USABOX as a condition of delivery, more than sixty (60) days after such dates.

The Renter understands that the United States Postal Service will not accept a change of address upon termination of this Agreement. It is the tenant`s responsibility to inform the correspondents of any change of address. An NSA is a contractual agreement between the postal service and a specific sender in which mail receives personalized prices in exchange for a meeting volume and the use of certain payment methods. The goal of using NASs is to retain price-sensitive customers and promote additional mail volume and revenue. While only a small fraction of the Postal Service`s commercial parcel customers have the NSA, 40% of the Postal Service`s $5.5 billion domestic parcel volume is shipped under these agreements. 30. Renter represents and warrants that all of its activities will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws governing the export, import, and supply of goods and services in the United States and in the jurisdictions in which Renter resides, operates, or receives shipments, including, but not limited to, U.S. embargo, sanctions, and boycott laws, arms export controls act (22 U.S.C. 2778), international emergency economic powers act (50 U.S..C. 1701 et seq.), Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C.app. 2401-2420), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R.
