Identity Pre Agreement

Arbitration – If we fail to reach an agreement on the settlement of the claim within thirty (30) days of receipt of the claim, you or IDIQ may initiate arbitration. You may download or copy a notice form and an arbitration form at www.adr.org. The arbitration is governed by the Consumer or Business Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) (collectively, the “AAA Rules”) and is administered by the AAA. AAA rules and forms are available online at www.adr.org. All matters are the responsibility of the arbitrator, including matters relating to the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision. The arbitrator shall make a reasoned written decision sufficient to explain the essential findings and conclusions on which the award is based. Group registration. If you are a member of a union, association, national organization or employee who has entered into an agreement with idiq (“Group”) to provide a Group Benefit (“Group Benefit”), you may be pre-registered for our Service by that group. Pre-registration means that your name has entered (at least) into our systems as a person eligible to activate membership in an IDIQ group benefits plan. In some cases, your group may also provide other information such as your contact phone number, email address, or country of residence.

In any case, your membership will not be activated for use under the benefits plan until you choose to complete the full online registration process. If you do not choose to complete the full online registration process, the Services will not be activated and will not be made available to you. Credit monitoring – Your plan may include credit monitoring (“credit monitoring”). Credit monitoring typically monitors one or more of your personal credit plans or, if applicable, for business credit plans, your IDIQ business has provided credit bureau data files for activities that could signal a possibility of credit fraud or identity theft. In some cases, you may need to manually activate your credit monitoring services from the members` website. The members page shows when your credit monitoring became active. If a monitored event occurs, we will attempt to notify you electronically via email and/or SMS. A more detailed report related to the credit monitoring warning may be available on the members` website.

By accepting these Terms of Use, you acknowledge that not all transactions or credit changes will be monitored, including some that may include the potential for fraudulent use of your identity or balance. The type of credit monitoring we provide to you may change from time to time. Some service plans also provide you with other features that are not directly related to credit services or identity protection services. If your Service Plan includes one or more of these Features and/or if you purchase one or more of these Features to add to your existing Service Plan, you may be required to accept an addendum to these Terms of Use (or an “End User License Agreement” for software-related features). Some of these features are described below: Identity Protection Insurance – Depending on your service plan, if you are a victim of identity theft, you may be insured for certain losses in accordance with the identity theft insurance included in your service plan. Your service plan may also extend this coverage to certain members of your immediate family up to the limit of the insurance function. You may be able to add family members beyond the insurance limit for an additional fee. Identity theft insurance is only available through a licensed third-party insurer. All insurance claims and specific insurance customer service are provided by the third party. To make a complaint, contact IDIQ Customer Service at the number provided by your member page.

The customer service representative will provide you with the contact information of the third party to whom you can make your claim. If your plan includes identity theft insurance, you agree to that coverage and the premium for that insurance coverage will be paid by us on your behalf. You agree to receive notices of changes of insurance electronically. By registering for our Services, you agree that IDIQ and its authorized employees, contractors or third parties may contact you using any of the methods described above. The frequency of communications depends on the service plan you purchase and the events that may occur with your account, balance, or identity information that require communications such as alerts. Telephone Assisted Registration – If provided, you and/or you, as the owner or authorized person of a business, can speak to an IDIQ customer service representative to log in by phone. During the registration process, the IDIQ representative collects from you the information necessary for your registration, such as.B. Your full name, date of birth, home address, email address, social security number, payment card information, and desired service plan. . If you are also purchasing a business credit plan, you may be asked to provide information about the business, such as the name and address of the business. Some important summary details will be provided to you during the call in connection with the use of your payment card and access to credit-related services. The telephone registration process for credit or protection services includes the verifications that IDIQ deems necessary to prove your authorization to allow IDIQ to access your balance, as further described in the “FCRA Authorization” section below.

For example, you may be asked to correctly answer questions provided to us by credit reporting agencies as part of your credit report for a unique identity check. Once the telephone registration is complete, you will receive an email or other communications containing, among other things, a link to this Agreement and a link to the login page to the Member`s Website where you can log in and access your Services. If for any reason you do not agree to this Agreement, your only option is to cancel your Services. For more information on how to cancel your Service, please see the Cancellation and Refund section of this Agreement below. Bitdefender® Cybersecurity – Bitdefender is a software security that, if included in your service plan, may include antivirus software, Internet security software, endpoint security software, and other cybersecurity products and services. To access, download, and use this feature, you must agree to a separate “End User License Agreement.” If you do not agree to the End User License Agreement, you will not be able to use this feature. Certain service plans may offer you credit-related services (“Credit Services”). Credit Services features may include, but are not limited to, the ability to access (i) your credit reports from one or more credit reference agencies, (ii) credit scores derived from your credit report data, (iii) credit monitoring of certain data in your credit report, and (iv) alerts.

Your registration for a service plan with Credit Services depends on the ability of the respective credit reporting agency to find your credit information on file using the personal information you provide to IDIQ and successfully authenticating your identity upon registration. If the relevant credit bureau cannot find some or all of your credit details, credit services may be incomplete or, in some cases, unavailable. IDIQ`s Services are divided into different Service Plans, which are described in detail on the Websites (the “Service Plans”). Each Service Plan generally includes one or more benefits or features (“Features”) Examples of features provided by IDIQ in the Service Plans available under the Terms of Use described in this Agreement include (i) identity protection monitoring, identity theft insurance, identity theft information, and identity theft assistance (collectively, “Protection Services”), and (ii) credit-related services and/or products. such as credit reports, credit scores, credit monitoring, credit alerts and credit information (collectively, “Credit Services”). .
